 Vulnerable Sector Screening for All UOVRA volunteers: 

• Police Check Cover Letter - Download PDF

All volunteers are required to complete a vulnerable sector search. OPP record check applications — including payment and ID verification — are now ONLINE. Ensure have two valid pieces of ID (birth certificate, driver's license, passport, etc.). Please ensure you note the date, your full name on the Cover Letter, and the position you are volunteering for. You will have to upload a copy of the completed Cover letter. The website provides step-by-step instructions on completing your vulnerable sector search. ***Note***if you require fingerprints, you may be requested to attend your local police station.
