Each session will include a dynamic warm-up, challenge-based strength and power routines, and athletic development games that will improve movement, reaction, and teamwork. The program is built to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. This program is offered free of charge, and there is no pressure to attend. We want to be mindful of not overloading parents, so these sessions will again be optional, and will occur every 2-3 weeks to provide teams with some "downtime."
